The PCB Red Ink Test is a testing method used to evaluate the quality of PCB assembly. The purpose of the test is to detect the solderability of the PCB surface and the integrity of the solder joints.
During the test, the PCB is immersed in red ink for a period of time, and then the condition of the PCB surface and solder joints is observed. If the PCB surface and solder joints are completely covered by the red ink, it indicates good solderability and complete solder joints; if there are parts of the PCB surface and solder joints not covered by the red ink, it indicates poor solderability and defects in the solder joints.
